At Bijou Greens, we take pride in delivering the freshest microgreens possible — harvested and delivered to your door within 24 hours. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we handle delivery, packaging, freshness, and returns across our North Jersey service area.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver throughout North Jersey, including Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Morris counties. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, enter your zip code at checkout or contact us and we will be happy to confirm. We are always working to expand our delivery zone, so check back if your area is not yet covered.

Delivery Schedule & Notifications

Orders are harvested fresh on the same day they ship — never pre-cut or stored in a warehouse. You can expect to receive a text message and email alert approximately 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date so you know exactly when your greens are on the way. 

How Your Order Is Packaged

Every container of Bijou Greens microgreens is hand-packed with care in food-safe, sealed clamshell containers designed to keep your greens crisp and protected during transit. We do not use any pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic chemicals in our growing process, and our packaging reflects that same commitment to clean, thoughtful handling. Freshness Guarantee

Because we harvest your order the same day it ships, your microgreens arrive at their absolute peak of freshness, flavor, and nutrition. When stored properly in the refrigerator in their original sealed container, our microgreens typically stay fresh for 7 to 12 days. For the best taste and nutritional value, we recommend enjoying them within the first 5 days. 

Returns & Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. Because microgreens are a perishable product, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, wilted, or does not meet the quality you expect from Bijou Greens, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right — whether that means a replacement, credit, or full refund. We stand behind every tray we grow.
